Our candidates are at the height of their industry, with impeccable references and all the skills needed to excel at their job. We require each one of our candidates to meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 4 years recent experience within their profession
  • Speak English Fluently
  • Furnish a resume with verifiable references
  • Legal entitlement to work in the U.S.
  • Able to make a minimum of one year commitment for full-time placement
  • Consent to a full Background Investigation
  • Drug Screening upon Employer's request
  • Willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon Employer's request
  • Agree to be CPR & First Aid Certified (paid for by the agency)

    • TrustLine Registry
      A registry where Fingerprints through a LiveScan process are cleared by the FBI and California Department of Justice. This service is available to all families with young children living in the home.

    • CPR and First Aid Certifications
      We are happy to provide each employee with their initial certifications once a successful placement has been made.

    • Employment Work Agreement
      We offer several options when electing for an Employment Agreement. Each addresses both the Employer and Employees needs, allowing for clear communication, while offer peace of mind for you and your household employee. Employement Agreements are provided upon your request.

    • Household Employment Handbook
      A current and user-friendly guide to all aspects of household employment. This book has proven to be quite useful to many of our clients

    • A Generous Replacement Period
