Permanent Placements (min. 91 days commitment)
For your convenience, we have designed 4 packages to accommodate every request:

"Finally, an affordable solution."
10% of the Employees total gross annual compensation or a minimum of $1,200.00, whichever is greater (30 Day Replacement Period, Background Investigation and a DMV Report. Fingerprinting is not included).

"You're in Good Hands."
12% of the Employees total gross annual compensation or a minimum of $1,600.00, whichever is greater. (120 Day Replacement Period, Background Investigation, DMV Report, First Aid & CPR Certifications, LiveScan Fingerprinting, Employer I.D. Number (EIN) with initial federal and state new hire filings*, and
NEW: No-Work/No-Worry Payroll & Tax Services for One Quarter*).

"Live Happily Ever After."
15% of the Employees total gross annual compensation or a minimum of $2,500.00, whichever is greater (180 Day Replacement Period, Background Investigation, DMV Report, First Aid & CPR Certifications, 10 Panel Urine Drug test w/ Adulteration*, LiveScan Fingerprinting, Employer I.D. Number (EIN) with initial federal and state new hire filings, and
NEW: No-Work/No-Worry Payroll & Tax Services for One Quarter*).

"Everything Under the Sun."
18% of the Employees total gross annual compensation or a minimum of $3,500.00, whichever is greater (365 Day Replacement Period, Background Investigation, DMV Report, First Aid & CPR Certifications, LiveScan Fingerprinting, A legally drafted employment agreement tailored to your individual needs, Employer I.D. Number (EIN) with initial federal and state new hire filings*, 10 Panel Urine Drug Screening with Adulteration*, and
NEW: No-Work/No-Worry Payroll & Tax Services for One Year*).

*Services are included but optional and available upon request.


Temporary Placements (90 days or less)
Equal to two weeks (14 days) of the Employees total gross compensation or a minimum of $1,500.00, whichever is greater. (90 Day Replacement Period, Background Investigation and DMV Report)

Specialized Baby Care (night nannies, baby nurses/Newborn Specialists, doulas)
20% of the Employees total gross compensation for the duration of employment or a minimum of $1,500.00, whichever is greater. (Unlimited Replacement Period, Background Investigation, First Aid and CPR Certifications and LiveScan Fingerprinting).

NOTE: Special child care services may be subject to a retainer fee to reserve services.
