About us
Neverland Nannies & Domestics specializes in placing professional childcare workers (nannies, baby nurses, doulas), housekeepers, chefs, personal assistants & shoppers, chauffeurs, eldercare, house managers and more with families living in the Greater Los Angeles Area. We are conveniently located in the San Fernando Valley, close to Malibu, Calabasas, Sherman Oaks, Hollywood, Santa Monica and their surrounding cities. Neverland Nannies' also actively services the cities within Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County .
Hiring domestic staff isn't always easy. Between paperwork, advertising, interviews, and the intricacies of compliance, domestic employment can be both time consuming and overwhelming. This is usually why many families need to hire help in the first place -- to regain some precious time, to enjoy a better way of life. At Neverland Nannies, our efforts are focused on improving our clients' quality of life. We feel confident we can make this process much more efficient, saving you a whole lot of time and frustration.

With our dedication to finding quality applicants, we choose to represent only qualified individuals that excel in their profession; are legally entitled to work in the U.S., speak English fluently, are able to provide a verifiable references and have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience. Additionally, we practice industry-recognized FCRA-approved background checks (conducted by AccuSource, Inc., an authorized third-party agency), and comply with the mandatory TrustLine Registration (for childcare workers in California). We won't compromise the safety of our families!

Each one of our applicants is required to fill out a comprehensive six-page application and privacy agreement, as well as consent to a background check. If they pass the preliminary screening, they are interviewed personally by the owner of Neverland Nannies, and only then will we refer them to our families.
