Our fees

Our packages are thoughtfully put together for the ease and convenience of our families. They are as follows:

Full-Time: 12% of the nanny's gross annual compensation. This applies to positions requiring 35 hours or more per week and a minimum of ninety-one days commitment.

Part-Time: 12% of the nanny's gross annual compensation or a minimum of $1,500.00, whichever is greater. This applies to positions requiring fewer than 35 hours per week, and a minimum of ninety-one days commitment.

Temporary: Equal to one months salary or a minimum of $1,500.00, whichever is greater. This applies to positions requiring a maximum of ninety days.

Nanny Share: 20% of the nanny's gross compensation.

All of our fees include the following:

FCRA Compliant Background Checks*

  1. FCRA Criminal Court Search (unlim.). All areas lived in during the past 7 years are checked, with records at the Federal, County and State courts.
  2. SSN Trace and Verification
  3. Driver's License/Motor Vehicle check
  4. Address trace - confirms a ten year history of addresses
  5. Sex offender registry check for State and National registries
  6. Global Homeland Security Search
  7. Statewide Database Search (not avail. in DE; SD; VT)
  8. Employment History - verification of all employers listed in the past 3 years
  9. 10 Panel Urine Drug Screen with Adultration** - (provided upon request) please contact the agency for more information

Trustline Clearance
Applies to childcare positions only, which is required by State law.

CPR and First Aid Certifications
We will provide each employee with initial certifications upon job offer from the employee.

Sample Employment Work Agreement
The Agreement is tailored specifically for you and your situation. This will help alleviate "grey areas" within the work environment, allowing both you and your nanny to know what is to be expected.

Note: The sample agreement is for informational purposes only; it is not legal advice. Neverland Nannies encourages the employer to have an attorney review the employment agreement before entering into it with the employee, and Neverland Nannies will provide an attorney referral to the employer upon request.

Replacement Period
Neverland Nannies honors a 120 day replacement period for part-time and full-time positions, as well as a 30 day replacement period for temporary positions of fewer than 90 days.

* Background checks for the first applicant is included. Additional background services are available for a separate fee. Background checks for alias names are an additional charge, if you choose to move further with the applicant.

**Drug Panel Testing is not included for temporary positions. Additional fee of $38.00 applies.
