  • A minimum of 2 years recent experience within your profession
  • A resume with verifiable references
  • The ability to speak English
  • Willingness to be CPR/First Aid certified (paid for by the agency, upon job placement)
  • Consent to a full background check
  • Willing to be cleared with Trustline (childcare positions only, paid for upon placement)
  • Letters of recommendation are a big plus
  • Legally entitled to work in the United States (must be able to provide documentation)

The following is a list of answers to some of our frequently asked questions:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive daily, we are unable to respond to every email we receive.

1. Your resume will be kept on file with Neverland Nannies & Doemstics for 3 years.

2. We only review applicants who provide us with a resume and verifiable references. Without a resume, you will not be considered.

3. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist those who are looking for a career change. Neverland Nannies & Domestics requires you have a minimum of 2 years recent experience in whichever position you are applying for.

4. In order for us to assist you better, the following information should be included in the body of your email:

  • What cities are you looking for work in?
  • Are you looking for a full-time or part-time position?
  • Are you looking for live-in, live-out or both opportunities?
  • Do you have a valid California Driver's License?
  • What are your ideal salary expectations?
  • When are you available to start?

5. Interviews are by appointment only. We unfortunately, don't accept walk-ins at this time.

6. All applicants must have the ability to communicate in English and be legally entitled to work in the United States.
